India Shipping

House of Taamara offers free shipping in India for orders above Rs 5000. We charge Rs 100 per order for orders below Rs 5000.

- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

- Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days and shipping times are estimated anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. We only use India Speed Post and/or other reputed courier companies. House of Taamara is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ India Speed Post as it’s beyond our control. We only guarantee to handover the consignment within 3-4 working days from the date of the order.

- Tracking details are emailed to you and you are responsible to track your own orders and follow up with the courier company/ India Speed Post. Kindly reach out to us right away if you are unable to track your order with tracking details emailed to you. House of Taamara is not responsible if you are not available at time of delivery. Once order delivery has been confirmed by India Speed Post/ Courier company, we assume the parcel has been delivered. 

- Octroi & Entry Tax (if applicable) as per local laws of the delivery location shall have to be borne by the customer.

- If your order has a combination of ready to ship and MADE TO ORDER pieces, we will ship the pieces separately.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11AM-6PM IST. Saturday: 11AM- 1PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays. 

International Shipping

House of Taamara charges Rs 2500 per international order ( W.E.F MAY 1, 2023 ).

- After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

- Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days and shipping times are estimated anywhere between 15-25 business days depending on the location to be shipped. We use India Speed Post and/or other reputed courier companies. House of Taamara is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ India Speed Post as it’s beyond our control. We only guarantee to handover the consignment within 3-4 working days from the date of the order.

- Please note based on the country of delivery, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. House of Taamara cannot be held responsible if your order is on hold at customs for clearance.

- Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel arrived in a secure manner.

- There will be no exchanges or returns on international orders. 

- For all international orders, kindly note if your order has a combination of ready to ship and MADE TO ORDER pieces, all items will be shipped together.
