Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11am- 6pm IST. Saturday: 11am- 1pm IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays.

Customer Service Policy
House of Taamara is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days in India & 15-25 business days for international orders; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
If relevant we have included the care instructions of the product on the product description located on the website.
Measurements/dimensions of products
Measurements are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product and will therefore not always be 100% accurate. For handlooms/ handmade products, there might be slight irregularities which adds to the charm of handcrafted products.
