Returns & Exchanges 

Buy with confidence! 

 - As a policy we do not provide returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. However, in an off-chance that you have received a defected product or damage in transit,  we will repair the piece and ship it back to you. Email us at support@houseoftaamara.com within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We do not have pick up facility for returns. Return address will be emailed to you. 

 - WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. In case of any exceptions for international orders get in touch with us at support@houseoftaamara.com

- MADE TO ORDER (MTO) pieces cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Wait time for MTO pieces are mentioned in description of the piece.

 - Returns/exchange of sarees that have had fall/pico done and blouses that have been altered will not be accepted.

 - Discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

 - Please go through description for all products details before placing the order. If you have concerns about a product, please contact us at support@houseoftaamara.com

 Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11AM-6PM IST. Saturday: 11AM- 1PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays.
