Returns & Refund Policies
Buy with confidence!
- All our products go through a thorough quality check. However, in an off-chance that you have received a defected product, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
- The products should be returned to House of Taamara in the original condition received within 7 days of confirmation of email. Please note: We do not have pick up facility for returns.
- There will be no returns or exchanges on any other orders except mentioned above. Made to Order pieces cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
- Returns/exchange of Sarees that have had fall/pico done, blouses that have been altered will not be accepted.
- Products purchased in the SALE section is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The address to return your order will be confirmed to you on email after the return has been confirmed by House of Taamara.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11AM-6PM IST. Saturday: 11AM- 1PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays.
