Returns & Refund Policies 

Buy with confidence! 

  • All our products go through a thorough quality check. However, in an off-chance that you have received a defected product, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Email us at within 48 hours of receipt of the package. 
  • The products should be returned to House of Taamara in the original condition received within 7 days of confirmation of email. Please note: We do not have pick up facility for returns.
  • There will be no returns or exchanges on any other orders except mentioned above. Made to Order pieces cannot be cancelled or exchanged. 
  • Returns/exchange of Sarees that have had fall/pico done, blouses that have been altered will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased in the SALE section is not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at and we will be in touch as soon as possible, during business hours. 
  • The address to return your order will be confirmed to you on email after the return has been confirmed by House of Taamara. 

Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11AM-6PM IST. Saturday: 11AM- 1PM IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays.
